Hudson CI for Rails3 version #493

CODEBASE-308: Hudson CI needs to be set up for Rails3. Is it easy to set it up to run under jruby too? (Eventually we'd want ruby 1.9 too, when BL is confirmed to actually work with it.)

UPDATE: This is a duplicate of 328, or the other way around or whatever.

jkeck: The build is currently running. Still need to get coverage reports and documentation building, but that is not a blocker for moving to rails3.

cbeer: Hudson should also run rake blacklight:all_tests:rcov to generate rcov reports.
