Get hudson build running under JRuby and the Rails 3 branch #509

CODEBASE-324: We need to get a build running under JRuby for Blacklight in the rails 3 branch.

Ping Bess or Jessie to get you access to the server.

I've placed a shell script in trunk, there are directions on the wiki page https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/wiki/Blacklight-3.x-Testing - under the section "Automatically generate a test application"

Jessie, I'm going to assign this back to you - I think it should be fairly straight forward to set up the CI build on Hudson given this script. I've tried my best to test it on my machine, but it is possible that I've missed something, so please let me know if you run into any trouble.

cbeer: And maybe Ruby 1.9, if we're already doing rvm?
