Blacklight stylesheet assets should be consolidated #521

CODEBASE-338: All of the images referenced in the blacklight.css were installed into: public/images/blacklight/ Blacklight.css expects them to be located in two directories: public/images/blacklight/ bg.png logo.png border.png

public/stylesheets/images/blacklight/ bul_sq_gry.gif checkmark.gif magnifying_glass.gif remove.gif separator.gif start_over.gif

We may wish to consolidate these under a single directory.

cbeer: Possibly fixed by https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/commit/2a3c84735102dbec0a792b9c46f4f8bf8ebb1bb2#lib/generators/blacklight/templates/public/stylesheets/blacklight/blacklight.css ?
