Clean up and simplify use of RSolr #549

jrochkind: Erik, top priority at this piont is factor out use of RSolr's pagination feature. That's higher priority than eliminating RSolr::Ext (which may be harder too). Top priority cause neccesary in order to use recent patch-level release of RSolr with BL, and we'd rather not release a BL that does not work with recent patch-level release of RSolr.

Erik, do you plan to find time in the nearish future to make BL stop using RSolr magic keys, or should we try to recruit someone else to do it? Should we make a new ticket for that thing by itself, since it can be done by itself, and presumably will be easier than the total elimination of RSolr::Ext?

danfunk: I'll pick it up if you like, looks like a good problem, and I'd like to find a way to continue to contribute.

jrochkind: "pagination" issues moved to CODEBASE-379, so it can be dealt with/assigned/closed seperately.
