Allow mulitple config file locations

This commit is for issue #18 and is a preparation for issue #20

• the auth.txt can now be placed in the project directory or in the user:// directory.
• added a configuration.md and linked it in the README.MD
• refactored the events emitted, so that the last event is stored and can be pulled even if the connecting script is to late to get the last event
• added a new string to the status translation (auth file not found)
