I don't know why but for some reason when going through a portal with a scale change causes the 1st and 3rd person perspective to jump back up or down to your normal scale as if you are not scaled, the only thing is, the player model itself does get scaled.
I do have a few mods, but I narrowed it down to just this one as I can get rid of the bug completely by just removing this mod. I don't know why the camera would be forced back up but it does.
EDIT: Disabling Size Change while using Mod Menu fixed the issue. So if anyone has this issue, that's the fix I guess.
