This pull request should help with issue #52, the Downtime task.

Need a new issue: There is no button for the sell_magic_item.md or run_business.md pages on downtime.md page. I would have added these, but it would change the layout of the buttons a bit, and therefore would need a design decision. It's also possible you omitted these intentionally.

One downtime activity explained calculating the 10% complication, which provided needed clarity (based on the number of workweeks). I added the appropriate explanation on the other pages that didn't have it for consistency between pages.

Build Stronghold time and cost columns switched to match other tables. This change doesn't match the format found in the DMG but provides consistency.
