Description

This PR adds the Random Trap Generator as required in the roadmap document.

I tried to follow your code formating as much as possible,
I added all the trap data from p 297 of the DMG,
added link for rollable damage,
I'm note sure about the output format but this should be minor work to adapt to your liking and the rest of the module.

Requirements

The Trap Generator feature creates randomly generated traps for players to encounter in various locations and settings.	Name	User Story	Status
Select Danger	As a DM, I want to select the danger level for the trap so that I can control the impact the trap has on the party.	✅
Select Tier	As a DM, I want to select the player's current tier of play so that the encounter is appropriate for their level.	✅
