Added man-file, like in other very serious applications
clang compilation now goes w/o errors! Wohoo
Deployed CI/CD to check, shame and blame programmers for their errors. Current build configurations:
- Linux
- GCC w/o libconfig
- clang w/o libconfig
- GCC
- clang
- Windows
- mingw32
- mingw64

Windows CI/CD generates .exe-s as downloadable artifacts for both x86 and x86-64 architectures! Nice and easy releases!

Additionally reduced Linux CI/CD build time
