Fix for horns during carhide #727

Possible fix for horns being heard & their icons being seen even if the player has enabled carhide.

Restart 'gcshop' resource after merging.

I like that I still can see them + sound we hear anyways too. I thought its multiuplayer game :D Delete carhide

imo you should hear and see the horn icon. As @AleksCore said its a multiplayer game. The only purpose of the carhide is to improve FPS in the start of the map. Otherwise, we wouldn't even have carhide. Sorry not merging this @Megas97

The whole idea of carhide is to hide others and not get distracted. Now there are random floating horn icons with no vehicle below them. And when you drive with hidden cars you don't expect that, neither to hear some random sounds around you. But whatever lol
