Mapvote overhaul

Overhauled the voting system at the end of a map:

• More maps to vote on! (Exact amount can be changed in race resource settings)
• Increased the time to vote from 7 seconds to 10 seconds
• If nobody votes a random option will be selected

Changed logic of tie:

• When a tie happens a 2nd vote will be started with tied options:
• If this vote gets tied or nobody votes a random selection will be chosen
