Quick fix for readme file badges #222

Fork and star badge styles don't match with other badges.

Describe the solution you'd like

It turns out I need to add "?style=flat" at the end of the URL.

old: badge_forks_old new: badge_forks_new

old: badge_stars_old new: badge_stars_new

After the changes, it is fixed.
