[PATCH] Dynamically load stylesheet when panel is loaded #127

I found that certain panels in my app are not shown to certain users,
depending on their securities, so I wanted to load stylesheets specific to
those sections only when the panel loaded.

Usage: <ul stylesheet="sample.css">

Patch was made against 0.20-beta1
