Theme switcher doesn't work with Safari 5.1 #317

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Music sample
2. Navigate to the Theme Switcher view
3. Select a theme other than the default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is that the theme changes dynamically.
Actual result is that no theme is applied (white navigation bar, etc)

OK, I've checked in a new version of the iUI Theme Switcher that seems to work 
with the latest Safari -- on both Mac OS and iOS.  It still needs testing, but 
it seems to work well for me:
