Update iui Online Demo code #349

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Hi,
iui's demo has been listed on http://frameworkdemos.com
It's a free service to list all popular frameworks' demos so that users can try
them on their mobile devices without looking for links around the internet.

Could you verify it and if possible, update iui's demo source code at:
https://github.com/ngduc/framework-demos

Please let me know if there is any problem with my setup. Thanks.
Regards,
Duc

Nice site! The iUI issues database is not the place to discuss this, though.

Your site should link to http://demo.iui-js.org/samples/music/music.html or
automatically pull the latest code from the tag REL-current
<https://github.com/iui/iUI/tags> which is always updated to the most recent,
stable release.

p.s. I saw you joined the iui-developers Google Group. Feel free to bring the
issue up, there. But, personally, I think the iUI core developers should be
spending time improving demos on our own site rather than working on demos on
yours. That's why I think a link or an automated update process is the best
solution.

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion.
I am using iui for another project too. It's a great lightweight ui library
to use with manifest caching.

I have considered to link to the site too, but I am planning to inject
comment box, back button, etc. to demo pages so I decided to host it. (and
maybe writing script to pull latest code & auto deploy it later)

sorry for posting to the wrong place (I didn't see the contact email)

Maybe you could use an iFrame to do what you want?
