What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag a file or folder to uftt program or shortcut
2. uftt is started without the file or folder being draged

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The dragged file or folder is not being sared, but I expect it to be

Expected behaviour is for UFTT to share whatever you drag to its executable or 
shortcut.

First step is to implement this when UFTT is not running already, should be 
easy.

When UFTT is running already implementing this is a bit more difficult, but 
still
desired, so expect this in the next release.

Implemented in r761, both for the case where uftt is not yet running, and the 
case
where it is.
