Description
When I go to make outgoing calls the dialer prompts my phone to ask which app I want to use to make the call. I want the default phone dialer to continue to make the calls and not be prompted. I only want to use this for incoming calls
Steps to Reproduce
Grant "Calling Account" permission
Go to "phone" and try to make a call and there is a prompt asking which app to "Make calls with"
