What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the latest iphonebrowser
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shall create program icon after installation.  A pop-up window with message 
"Please go to the control panel to install and configure system components" 
then nothing happened.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jailbreak iphone 3.1.2. with Cydia.  Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
