Translating glyphs Milky Way to Universe for ex. #104

We should have a way to translate the glyphs, Like with a research table or something. You put in the notebook page with an address in it and you can convert it to another set of glyphs

Ex: milky way -> universe

As of right now mysterious pages dont work at all with the universe stargate because of this problem (though I'm completely aware you wouldnt be able to get back unless you brought a crystal upgrade with you)

if mysterious pages worked with universe gates it would allow you to upgrade with no cost, I personally don't think this is a good idea, but the benifits may outweigh the risks

Well the same problem is going to emerge when pegasus gates are added
