chunkload [ENH] #276

while playing i found issues with gates not dialable if dimension/chunk is unloaded then what about addind chunkload to gates, or only block load like OC have.

That's odd I was sure gates already chunkloaded (and I just dialed from a space station to mars (galacticraft))

Any debug console error? You sure about the address?

well try again. but my friend had problem after he get to nether, he cant dial gate back. but theres always possible theres another problem

ad. yeah, it looks it was somehing else. maybe other mod or something interferred.

now we tried again. on server with galacticraft. on some planet it was necessary to place chunkloader but even with chunkloader. gc have tendencies to unload world, then its unaccessible anyway
