ENH rings distance #289

Just small suggestion in config is set distance for transport rings, what about make it just MAX distance, and in ring could be configurable how far are visible? (no need to set Y distance, just for XZ) that way you can make hidden rings, or just secure it from other playes in server if you place them too close to your region border. or just to make simple elevator by setting distance 1 (0 as default unlimited/MAX distance)

I don't understand. You want a way to hide Rings? The maximum distance is already an option...

yep that maximum distance is set in config, so theres no need to change it, but i mean set it inside tring block, example if i set distance 1, then tring block 2 or more (or dialer) cant see those rings. good tor hidden ring, or just for security. As i said, distance default is 25 i think, so if ion serve place them example 20 block from my region border. other player can just place own trings block close and connect to my ring and enter my base. (thats just example) so if i can set distance inside rings, it allow me to place separate transport system between floors etc. and also secure my own rings from outside of my system.
