2 years ago this is not possible. the receiving gate does not know about an incoming wormhole until the PointOfOrigin has been fixed. in aunis unoffical there is an incoming animation which locks chev by chev when the gate knows the wormhole.
Enable the gate on the receiving end of the wormhole lock chevrons as the dialing gate locks them, as an option in config, just as the show does, instead of when the Origin symbol locks, whenever You develop the time
