[ENH] Stargate entity blacklist in configuration #325

Some other mods have compatibility issues with Stargates, which can crash or hang the server (cf. https://github.com/FlansMods/FlansMod/issues/1405). It is therefore impossible to have both mods installed on a public server, because someone can abuse the glitch for griefing.

A workaround for bugs like this would be to offer a config option to disallow certain entity types from going through the Stargate—that way, if you discover a game-breaking bug like the one above, you can stop people on your server from abusing it until it gets fixed.
