Pegasus Dial sound after incoming wormhole #332

Describe the bug: If a Pegasus gate is dialing and gets an incoming wormhole, the dial sound does not go away.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Dial Pegasus gate to any gate
  2. Use other gate to dial to Pegasus gate before it can connect.
