Rider support #153

I've used this for years with Visual Studio, and I miss it a lot when I have to work with Rider.

Is there any chance to have Rider support up for consideration?

I mainly use Rider nowadays so I'm also interested :)

I'm not even sure it's doable since it would probably have to be both a back-end (.NET) and front-end (JVM) plugin... I'll look into it!

I've been using Enhanced Tooltip for years and I'd love to see it in Rider 😍
