[BUG] Dog doesn't dig in snow #13

Describe the bug A dog never digs in snow blocks.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Make a platform of snow blocks
Spawn a wolf, tame it
The dog will only sniff the ground but never dig.

Expected behavior A dog should be able to dig in snow like it can dig in dirt, sand, gravel, etc.

Minecraft version and a list of all mods with their version:

Minecraft version: 1.19.4
Doggo Mod Overhauled (Version: 4.1.0, 3.1.0, 2.1.0, 1.1.0)
Sodium (Version: 0.4.10)

Fixed in the upcoming update for versions 1.18 - 1.20.1
