Feature Request Description

Add the option to add special rules for certain apps that override the default. For example, the accent color is used as the default setting, but if a specific app is currently in focus, yellow is used instead of accent color. Or the padding setting is set to 20px by default. If the special app is in focus again, then 40px is used.

So one way to set settings not only as default but also per app. I have a handful of apps where I would really like to use different settings than for the majority of my apps :)

more granular control over excluded app behaviour as in disabling cursor interaction, keyboard shortcuts, and window snapping independently for apps that need it for instance affinity photo uses ctrl + option + drag to change brush size which happens to trigger loop cursor interaction, but i dont want to lose all functionality for affinity photo like keyboard shortcuts and window snapping
