when converting Natron 2 projects to Natron 3, break tangents #1671

Natron 2 had a bug where the tangent computation was wrong for smooth, catmull-rom, and cubic interpolation types. When converting these projects, all tangents for such points should be fixed and set the the value read from file, for backward compatibility.

This must not affect deserialization of Natron 3 (yaml) projects
