small disabeling nodes issue #264

Hi. When I disable a node the image gets updated imediately, but the node itself gets only crossed out if I move my cursor. It's the same when I'm in the "Node" tab of a node and check the "disable" checkbox. The nodegraph gets only updated, if I move my cursor into the nodegraph afterwards... It's not that important, but I find it kind of anoying if I don't see a response in the nodegraph...
