Ignore once and for all #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Warp to another planet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I always need to press "ignore" if if want to ignore for example all other 
trader. if I remember well there was a possibility in the options of the PALM 
version to tell that I always ignore other traders (or police) so that I would 
not see them anymore. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last version available for Android. Use an Xperia 10

This feature is scheduled to be added but not for release. It will be less 
annoying on release because the occurrence of trading traders will be turned 
way down.
