Esmee special event #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Travel to Esmee on beginner
2.Click Special Event

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Box simply says "Desperate Trader", no text...just an option of yes/no.
Expected output of where to go/what to do. Nothing in open quests even when 
selecting yes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta 1 (build 220)
Android 2.2
CyanogenMod 6

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe need a spot for additional crew member?  With using the starter ship with 
no quarters available?  Either way, still nothing describing the special event.

String issue. This quest should display whether you want to buy a some cargo. 
This should now be fixed.
