What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:

The TRADER skill determines what prices you must pay for trade goods, ships, 
and equipment.  A good trader can reduce prices up to 10%.  This makes a high 
trader skill invaluable for traders while pirates have less use for it.  In 
early stages of life as a trader you might have a hard time making money if you 
work with low trading capabilities.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

A few typos to be fixed including:
- "goods,ships"                 should be "goods, ships"
- "and equipments"              should be "and equipment"
- "upto"                        should be "up to"
- "10%%"                        should be "10%"
- "%.This makes"                should be "%. This makes"
- "for it.In"                   should be "for it. In"
- "hard time getting any money" should be "hard time making money"
- "capabilities ."              should be "capabilities."
