Back button goes back too far.. #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After landing at new system, back button return to "in flight" screen asking 
if I would like to attack/flee etc..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Going forward again keeps results (such as selling cargo).  Expected outcome 
should not have me go back to the "in flight" screen until I warp to another 
planet.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android- 2.2
Baseband- 1.39.00.05.31
Kernel- 2.6.15-g746f4f0
Build- Damage Control 3.5
PRI- 1.34_003
PRL- 60662
