Request to enable a service #286

I received the error message that the APIs explorer does not have access to
a service.  Please enable this service for use with the APIs explorer.

Service Name: Driver API

Service Version: v2

No enable Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0.

Не могу включить Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0., все 
время сбрасывается на дефаулт значения 
"Выкл"
