Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0 does not stay ON when revisiting. #290

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/?hl=en_US#p/admin/reports_v1/
2. Hi AUTH 2.0 on then revisit the page
3. It remains off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for AUTH 2.0 to remain on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7 64 current version of Chrome
