Crash in wiki conversion for project indic-keyboards #114

Export for the project indic-keyboards fails due to wiki conversion. The 
specific file in question is Keyboards.wiki

The underlying problem was a crash in our wiki-to-markdown conversion when 
processing non-rectangular tables. This has been fixed and rolled out. I have 
successfully exported the indic-keyboards project.
