faulty destroy protection

***If you do not attach your Zones.txt, EpicZones config.yml, your
Permissions config.yml and the startup log of your server, Your issue will

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.make a zone
2.set the perm not to let ... destroy
3.they can still destroy but they do get the message!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normally they cant destroy anything.
now they can... but they get a message
saying they cant do...

What version of the EpicZones are you using?
latest  0.30

What version of craftbukkit are you using?
MC 1.o.0

What version of Permissions are you using?
Bpermissions

What other plugins are you running?
