Replace the permissions file to entering it when you make the zone.

Replace the ability to just type in the zones permissions instead of entering 
them into the permissions files. 

Example: type in /zone create <name>       and then create the zone with the 
points then type in /zone save       then type in /zone owners <owner names or 
group name>

Instead of entering into the permissions files because that just makes the 
permission file huge and its just an inconvenience. THANKS!
