The Image Transport is how the images are transferred from the nVidia card to the Intel card, people has different experiences of performance, but just select the default if you are in doubt.
I recently found out that yuv and jpeg both has some lagging this is only noticable in fast moving games, such as 1st person shooters and for me, its only good enough with xv, even though xv sets down performance a little bit.

If you want power saving by shutting the nVidia down when not in use. Please adjust the scripts: /usr/local/bin/bumblebee-enablecard and /usr/local/bin/bumblebee-disablecard for your machine.
Examples and documentation is available in /usr/share/doc/bumblebee/
After that you should be able to start applications with "optirun
If you have any problems in or after the installation, please try to run the bumblebee-uninstall script and then rerun this script... if that doesn't work: please run the bumblebee-bugreport tool and send me a bugreport.
Or even better.. create an issue on github... this really makes bugfixing much easier for me and faster for you.
If you need to reconfigure bumblebee the script bumblebee-config as available.
And please... I your system is working.. run the bumblebee-submitsystem utility

ok...
So, the acpi_call is actually installed...
could you please give me the output of:
dmidecode --string system-product-name
$ sudo dmidecode --string system-product-name 1215N
I think acpi call was already installed this time (before this installation).. Unless bumblebee-uninstall uninstalled it too, but I installed it manually so I don't know..
But I had to manually replace the bumblebee-enablecard and bumblebee-disablecard again.
Weird...
Please try to run:
wget -O /tmp/machineinfo "http://martin-juhl.dk/bumblebee/?searchitem=`dmidecode --string system-product-name`&search=1" 1>/dev/null 2>/dev/null
cat /tmp/machineinfo
felipe@felipe-1215N:/tmp$ cat machineinfo
felipe@felipe-1215N:/tmp$
It seems like the file has only some blank characteres..
how about:
wget -O /tmp/machineinfo "http://martin-juhl.dk/bumblebee/?searchitem=1215N&search=1"
cat /tmp/machineinfo
$ cat /tmp/machineinfo

try to do a:
wc -l
and a
wc --help
just forget the wc -l
and do a:
echo "test" | wc -l
wc -l says there is zero lines in a file without \n (newline character) and the machineinfo file has only one line, without any \n, that's the problem I think.. [ Or not..]
felipe@felipe-1215N:~$ echo "test" | wc -l 1
ok.. weird it works in another way here...
can you please try again ... I think I fixed it on the web service...
I realized there are some strings "\n" in machineinfo file, I think they are supposed to be a newline character, right?
Now it counts 4 lines

Can you please try the installation again... just to be sure :D
Now it worked ! =D Thank yoou!
Thank you for reporting... :D
I had to manually replace the scripts bumblebee-enablecard and bumblebee-disablecard and manually include the acpi call module. Are those things supposed to be automatic for Asus 1215n already?
Thank you all (especially Martin) for making this thing work on Linux !! =D
