I have done a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.04 on my sager NP5165/ Clevo W150HR. I'm currently having trouble with my Nvidia Geforce Gt 555m video card and getting bumblebee to work with it. Ill first list what I did then the error I'm getting. (1) Removed Nouveau Drives using "sudo apt-get --purge remove xserver-xorg-video-nouveau"
(2)Added updated and installed Bumblebee using "Sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mj-casalogic/bumblebee" "sudo apt-get update" "sudo apt-get install bumblebee"
(3) Reconfigured using "Alexander Ashkeboussi" Profile which says its been tested on ubuntu 11.04 For image transport I used xv (default) and finished the install
Now for the errors
When I run optirun I get this "morgan@Desicration:~$ optirun glxgears
So I type in bumblebee-enablecard and get "morgan@Desicration:~$ bumblebee-enablecard /usr/local/bin/bumblebee-enablecard: line 1: $'\253': command not found"
So I go take a loot at /usr/local/bin/bumblebee-disablecard and realize the files are 1B and when I open them there is nothing in them what so ever >.>
Can you help me so I can get this running thanks in advance :]
