opencl not working on ubuntu 12.04 NVIDIA 540 GM #645

When using clew to initialize opencl function pointers it looks like they are initialized correctly but when running clGetPlatformIDs I get error -1001 and no opencl platforms are found

Additional info is included in file bumblebee-bugreport-20120522_225617 in launchpad
