Ironhide not working on Toshiba Satellite M640 #176

The initial, and power on/off tests failed in this computer. If there is any way I can help, please let me know.

I ran "sudo ironhide-bugreport" but I don't see any info posted here... did I do anything wrong? I am willing to help if you guide me. Thanks!
