ubuntu 11.10 / Thinkpad T420 / USB not working if nvidia disabled #181

Problem occuring under ubuntu 11.10 using a Thinkpad T420 and the suggested enable/disable scripts for Lenovo T420 4180PH3:

usb (mass-storage) is not working if nvidia card disabled, works if card is enabled

I'm also experiencing something like this in issue #183. If I run test_off.sh from acpi_call git repo, the _SB.PCI0.LPC.EC.PUBS._OFF will apparently work but after this my USB mouse will stop working and nvidia card will still appear in lspci output...
