Darkened graphics and no antialiasing. #210

The problem I'm experiencing is that in comparison to vanilla bumblebee, ironhide seems to force a darker version of the game to be displayed, as well as ignoring antialiasing. Otherwise, the game runs pretty much the same, same number of FPS, same responsiveness.

The game that it was tested against is Heroes of Newerth. It looks kinda like an erroneous gamma value, it's not just brightness and the aliasing issue is extremely easy to notice in the lobby of the game.

System: Ubuntu 11.10 Laptop, nVidia Optimus with GeForce GT 520M 1GB.

What kind of information would you want me to submit?

Ironhide uses the VGL transport method "xv" by default. TBP/Bumblebee uses the default setting from VGL: proxy.

You are recommended to use Bumblebee as described http://askubuntu.com/a/36936/6969 (for upgrading, see http://wiki.bumblebee-project.org/Upgrading-on-Ubuntu). After installation, you can open man optirun and check the --vgl-compress option and examples section.
