Possible fix for Track scroll bank thing #12

Either: Map both banks to the same midi cc number so that there is just one bank physically and therefore just one set of buttons. now exchange lower half for mute/solo or both for session / pad (needs to allow mute/solo exchange?)

OR only map upper row to same number and then have each thing on their own button(pad and session stuff might totaly break ere tho)

Doesnt work because user Presets dont have display feedback
