fixed a few inconsistencies #4

  1. Added logo on the repo, not online.
  2. Logo is smaller and centred, along with the header line.
  3. Fixed wrong capitalisation of "VERGE".
  4. Made the "hover over a stat to get more info" a 'Tip' Note Markdown.
  5. Added "Installation" section in README.
  6. Added a 'Important' Note Markdown informing that VERGE only supports Chromium-based browsers.
  7. Replaces "VERGE Images" with "VERGE in action!".

Overall, it's just a better end-user experience.
