Heavy CPU use on Mac across all browsers, causing fans to run at high speed. #30

Sleepychat causes high CPU use (around 60-80%) on a Macbook Pro Retina running OS X Yosemite. The same behaviour exists across Chrome, Safari and Firefox (all latest versions). The CPU usage shouldn't be this high and it causes the laptop to get hot and the fans to spin.

This is due to the Halloween effects built into the site. I will include a toggle in the next update (in ten minutes) which will remove these effects completely for the duration of the page session.
