tooltip fixes dragonflight #8

These are some fixes to make tooltips partly working again in dragonflight.

Still missing is backwards compatiblity with prepatch and replacement for the hook scripts

@MrMime71 Ok now also fixed it for dragonflight. Seen some minor bugs like if you item compare on normal items you get empty compare window And some misalignments but most important stuff is working so i'm done for a bit :)
