Hello,

My contribution is minimal... the bot has been down for about two weeks (at least the invitation I got from the official Degenesis server at Discord, IIRC). I'm going to master for the first time at the end of this week and I decided to host the bot myself; I hate to install SDKs of any kind for every tool or cool thing I see so I usually make a Dockerfile and run it locally.

That's all there is into this PR, haha. A Dockerfile, a compose file and .env file because I don't like to touch those in code.

Be free to reject it if it doesn't bring you anything useful 🤣
