Suggestion: More plugin integration options to remove old server data (Essentials, LWC, User Datafile etc.)

Data integrity and is important to keeping servers running efficiently and free 
of clutter.  Could more options for plugin integration be added so Towny can 
cleanup user data when it deletes old residents to clean-up redundant 
information.

- Option to Delete Essentials Player User Data File
- Option to Delete Server Player Data File
- Option to delete Player LWC Protections or remove Player from multi-user 
protections.
- Option to Delete Player from permissions groups (ie. in GroupManager)
- etc.

This is unlikely.
We can delete the player from GroupManager.
We don't interface with LWC at all
There is no facility to delete a player/data from Essentials
We would not want to go deleting the Servers player dat file.
